the error below was displayed running the FlexMobileSignals app and clicking “Load Message!”
Any suggestions/fixes would be appreciated.

I Also faced same issue, but I got the solution too. It is because in 4.6 you need to add a skinClass for the TextArea, so go to ClearMessageViewUI.mxml and add skinClass=”spark.skins.mobile.TextAreaSkin” for the TextArea.
